“Everytime I order cases of paper, when it arrives the box is broken and open, paper is bent up (some not usable) some have gotten wet if it rains . Is there a messge you can give to UPS”

“I ordered on Feb 2, it is now the 21st and I still don't have my item. I ordered the same item from target and it came in 2 days by FedEx. Now some shipping/trucking company called me and needs to schedule a time to bring it, told me it's on a pallet and I need to unload it. It's a 100lb safe, not a big deal, FedEx had no problem bringing the same item and dropping it off. This is just ridiculous.”

“Honestly, I'm very disappointed. I opened file folder box and they were the wrong folders, but because it was more than 30 days, they would not replace them with those I needed. Very disappointing.”

“I usually ordered my paper bags from Amazon, but when the price increased by $50 overnight, I went looking for a better alternative. Zerbee fit the bill! They were $45 less than Amazon, helped me with my tax exempt status right away, and shipped the product quickly. They are my new go-to for our food pantry's paper bag needs.”
