“I assumed that the filing cabinet would be brought in to my office. When I called to get tracking details is when i found out it was dock to dock. They wanted me to pay $145 to have it taken off the truck to the curb. and it would have been $345 to bring it inside building door.I arranged with a friend to help me unload,which turned out unnecessary as it is unloaded as part of the trucking service. I was very glad I did not pay the $145 that the woman at Zerbees was saying I would need to pay.\nI know I may have made a mistake by not clearly reading shipping details, but it certainly was discreet. I have had other large bulky items shipped in past and they were always brought into my home/office. I am furious that they tried to scam me out of $145. Complete cowboys.AVOID!”

“Web site is very easy to navigate through, shopping cart was a breeze to confirm and make the purchase and Product shipping was spot on-time. By far the best experiences was the customer service AFTER the sale, I had a damaged Item that they took care of with-in two emails (first email was notifying them of a problem, my 2nd to them was a Photo of the Problem) that was it ?Çô Done ?Çô no more questions ?Çô handled!!! “The paper towels were not the brand or quality I ordered. They were/are incredibly cheap and I could have ordered for much less with free shipping elsewhere. To top it off two rolls were damaged. A BIG waste of monney and a total bait and switch. If I could give less than zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.”

“I will never purchase from this company again. My package was due to be delivered last Monday 12/5. It is now Wednesday12/7. I need the item ordered or I would not have ordered it. No one can find the package at this point. It has a tracking number with the USPS and it has not been scanned for tracking since 12/3. It is evident this company has ongoing delivery issues by their request to not write this review until their package has been found. Had I known this about this company I would not have done business with them. BUYER BEWARE.”
