“The only thing I don't like about Zerbee is that you have to spend too much to get free shipping. I wish they could lower it to a $***minimum to get free shipping. Their prices are better than others and they ship fast. I would definitely recommend this company to others.”

“very satisfied with product. loved that it was delivered quickly. and what contact i have had has been excellent customer service responding back thru emails. i look forward to doing future business. we here at OK DOC/EEC committee do fundraisers throughout the year in which goes all back to the employees for awards, retirements, employee of the months, funeral arranagements and etc functions within the facility. thank you again for your services.”

“I thought that the variety of kids craft products was very good. I was able to find some items that weren't available elsewhere, or were quite expensive on Amazon. I was pleased that your products were less expensive even with having to pay shipping. \n\nI did have a question about my order, and I received a very quick response from your customer care team.”

“I have yet to receive my order and when I called customer service I was given the shipping company name and number to handle myself. When I bought this item, I thought the shipping would be followed through. I am not sure yet if I haven?ÇÖt been ***. I lost all my office furniture in the Hurricane harvey flood and had to buy new. Not the way I wanted this to turn out. I don?ÇÖt even know if I like the product I ordered to review it. Very very disappointed with this company and will never order again or recommend them. Would have been lovely if they just made sure I received my product and acted as if they cAred when I called. I don?ÇÖt like the fact that it is non refundable.”

“I had no issues with the calendars or the delivery. The only thing was that I kept getting an email about my order not having gone through. I called the number and was told that they were actually delivered that day. I was overall satisfied.\n\nThank you”

“You have great product line but your website is s jungle. \n\nNavigating is slow. \n\nCheckout is impossible. Cart is difficult to access. Impossible to make changes. The result was you duplicated my order. My reaction to the experience was it wasn?ÇÖt worth the effort to complain since up front you tell me you don?ÇÖt accept returns - a bad omen. Tthanks for letting me vent.”
