“Product was never shipped! I had to call after a week of nine shipment to fix this issue and the customer service rep had attitude. Once product came it was damaged. Since it was already over a week late and I desperately needed what I ordered (boxes to ship my ebay items) I didnt bother to return. Overall a poor first experience with Zerbee.”

“Ordering was simple and customer service was very helpful. This was a huge help since just under half of my order was damaged in shipping. When I contacted the company they immediately resolved the issue and sent new items by next day courier. I would have given a full 5 stars if the company would have pro-actively contacted me about the items that had been returned while still in the shipping process due to damage spotted even before the item was delivered to me.”

Tom is extremely efficient, pays attention to details, and provides excellent advice and suggestions.\n\nAs soon as we phoned in our order, Tom had it shipped before we put the phone down! “I have no recommendations for improvement, as I am completely satisfied as a Zerbee customer of several years. I may not have the biggest or most frequent orders, but I am a small business with distinct needs. Zerbee has always treated me as if my business matters to them, and I am impressed by the competitive pricing, selection, and prompt delivery of all items I order.
