“I called in wanting to get the same price advertised on Google for the same product because I was unable to order via my work computer do to pop up blockers. The sales rep stated that they are unable to do so. It is ridiculous to advertise a price and not be able to honor it when someone calls in. She stated I must go through those channels. She wasn't very courteous just very cut and dry no apology explanation anything to justify or reason as to why. I had to buy with my phone in order to get that pricing.”

“I will never order from zerbee again. You had an incorrect price on 3 items, and although you website states "In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price." you did not call me to cancel the order. You shipped it anyways, and shorted me 72 folders. This is unacceptable, seeing as you were unwilling to refund me for returning the products and my original shipping charge of $10. I will be sure to post my reviews on every website I can so everyone knows that it is risky to order from you because you won't get what you order, and then you are unwilling to make it right with the customer. Not to mention, the 3 folders I did receive were bent because they were packaged poorly.”
