“*** Is a pleasure to work with, easy going and give's me good prices except for the last two time he charged me *** for the PX20 Med Line Paint Mrks #63605 I normally get them for *** each but I buy 144 at a time when he gave me those prices. The last two orders were small mrks so I understand.”

“I was hoping to have a chance to leave a review for this company because I have never been so impressed with the speed of delivery (my order arrived the day after i ordered it!) the price (far less than half the price I found anywhere else on line!) and the great quality! “I am so pleased with my *** filing cabinet that I purchased a second one. It is a very attractive and well-made piece of furniture at a reasonable price. It was carefully packaged and delivered without any damage. The piece requires a little more elbow grease than I expected to assemble, but I'm thrilled with the finished product.”

“Products and prices are great, BUT...\nyour packing of the boxes is horrible. Almost every ream of paper I purchased was broken open. Other things were crushed.\nYour shipping department needs improvement or the people that work there.”

“You need a better description of the product or better photos that are not misleading. I thought the product I ordered was much larger based on the photos and it was not clear about the size so when it arrived and saw that it was for the smaller size, I was very disappointed.”

“The bookcases themselves that I bought were fabulous. Also, the task chair I purchased was excellent. I have a problem with the freight delivery. I was required to pay extra shipping since the bookcases came by freight. The freight delivery guy would not even deliver to my door. I had to drive to a Lowe?ÇÖs and take delivery in a parking lot. Then I had to drive back to my house and unload by myself. I would be more understanding about this if I did not have to pay extra shipping. I recommend hat you find a different freight company- one that understands how to use a gps and take major roads instead of backroads. The driver told me he couldn?ÇÖt get to my neighborhood because of back roads. I live three miles off the interstate. It?ÇÖs a straight shot. And if roads were a problem, why didn?ÇÖt he bring a smaller truck? He called me before he even left Knoxville.”

“I was looking for the expandable file folders with 1-31 tabs. I reviewed a couple different ones but eventually ordered the wrong ones (A-Z). It would be very helpful if the (A-Z) was noted on the product description. Looking at the small picture and description I assumed I was still looking at the 1-31 tabbed folders. It cost me shipping back and probably shipping here after they adjust the invoice. Please take this into consideration when posting items. Thanks!!!”
