“My order was shipped out in two boxes (appropriately so) but the shipping company separated and seemingly lost one of them. The shipping company passed the buck on their own mistake but Zerbee was very motivated to fix for me a problem that wasn't even theirs. Good job Zerbee!”

“Product arrived as expected. Shipping was a little expensive, and box seemed overly large for the product ordered. Maybe using more size-appropriate packaging would cut shipping costs?? Just a thought.”
