“I purchased some office chairs from Zerbee, starting with a quote online. I spoke with Mark (a very pleasant gentleman), finalized the order, and waited for the stated ship date. Chairs shipped on time (freight), arrived the same week, and were in perfect new condition. At roughly the best price I could find, and with the service, this was a very good experience. Will consider Zerbee in the future.”

“I found it a little confusing that my order cane in two shipments. I had to call to confirm that that was the case. If you would send out an email letting customers know that would be helpful. I do like the fact that you try very hard to please your customers. That is not service that you see everyday. Yes, I would recommend this business to others, just because of your efforts to care.”
