“I would highly recommend Zerbee to others! The only area of improvement I would suggest is that Zerbee needs to be in contact with the customer better on when the product shipped.”

“I was very happy with how the freight company handled my order ?Çô they were excellent. However, from the time I paid for my order to when I actually received it was quite lengthy. Other than this, I?ÇÖm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Zerbee to others.”

“Ordered Windex Utra Concentrate Cleaner advertised on their website as having a carton packing quantity of 2. We received only 1 item. Customer service rep stated that it was not their fault and would not ship out an additional bottle of Windex.\n\nThe original Windex container we did receive with the order was damaged and leaked through the box. We will not be using this company again.”

“My office purchased 5 desk mats and we couldn't be more satisfied. Thankful I found Zerbee because the price was better than all the other sites I found. Free shipping. Arrived within three business days - including processing time.\nOne addressed concern was that a piece of product information was incorrect on the website. The mat description said beveled and it was not. Customer service took care of it and offered to pay to have it returned but it didn't change our order. \nOverall, very satisfied.”
