“I am very pleased with the price and the continued status updates of when I will get the product. \n\nI paid extra for a truck with a liftgate so that the 10 tables (880 pounds) could be unloaded by a pallet jack. However, the tables came loose (88 pounds each) and the delivery guys unloaded and delivered by hand each table. In a sense I didn't need to pay for a truck with a lift gate but I got the same result so I am happy with it.”

“Need to put more packing in the corners of the shipping containers for the frames, minr was close to being damaged, mostly because UPS isn't used to handling packages of this size/weight, despite what they say. Otherwise all very good, frame is assembled and I am enjoying the good night's sleep it provides.”
