“Disappointed to receive an email that says I’ve had my products for a few weeks, when I am yet to receive.
I would like to think that I can give a more positive review of the actual products soon, in the meantime, might be worthwhile reviewing your protocol on communications.”
“No I’ve not received it yet… still waiting to receive the new products. For an email update so i understand it’s running late so it’s strange to be receiving this request to provide feedback on products I’ve supposedly had for a week now?”
