The fabric is lightweight and stretchable but still warm when it's cool and cool when it's warm. Mildly water resistant but enough so to keep you from getting saturated. The hood is a nice adjunct if you happen to get caught in the elements. It is a good buy and rugged enough to wear on the golf course and elegant enough to wear out to dinner.”
