“I received the jacket, the bag was hard to open so I cut it with scissors which cut the jacket. I was offered a second jacket at 40% off ( while I realized it was my fault I asked to pay cost since I've owned zero products for over 25 years...oh well). Be careful of cutting the packaging. By the way the quality does seem less than the previous zero jacket.”

“I bought the full zip vest Official President's Cup recently. The vest is great! It's great material, great pockets, looks really good. The problem I have is the customer service was not good. I purchased the item on July 17th and the vest wasn't delivered until August 5th. I had to send an email 10 days after the initial purchase to inquire what is going on with my order? No apologies at all. There was no explanations either. In my opinon, this purchase was an example of very poor follow through until the order was delivered. I did receive a notification after my email inquiry that the order will be sent out soon. The order was not expedited either. July 17th was a week day. Even if the order was not officially "received" until July 18th, it's unacceptable customer service to not receive any notifications until a day after my inquiry, 10 days later. This item was on "sale" as well. So, the order to delivery was offical 13 business days later and including the weekends, the order took 17 days! This amount of time on a order not modified, not customized, not specialized seems excessively long.”
