“I am trying to return this item since about one week. I have a return number but am still waiting for the QR code. I called customer service and I was told that the QR code is being mailed yesterday. Not true. This is not a good experience and I doubt I will place another order”

We love their products as they are first class but this has been a big issue. This was for a birthday...oh well, maybe next year.”
