“My 14 year old saved his money to buy a Zero hoodie. When he ordered the hoodie on my phone, my Apple Pay had our old address listed as delivery address (we had just moved). We waited for the package to be delivered and stopped by our old house only for the new residents to tell us they didn’t receive the package. I reached out to customer service, told them what happened and asked if they knew of anything we could do to recoup the package. They said “we don’t usually do this but we will resend your order!” They went above and beyond for us and that is appreciated. We love Zero!”
