“The product is great. Missed my chance of obtaining them first time around, so I wasn’t going to miss my second. Love all things Zero since Y2K as Thomas was my hero then and still now.
However the time it takes to ship is unnerving. I was waiting at least a week from confirmation of order email to item has been dispatched. I was seriously thinking something was wrong.
Apart from that, everything was typical and I would definitely order from them again in the future as Zero stuff in Canada is getting harder to come by.”
“I have rarely dealt with a company with less customer service. They took more than two weeks to fulfill the order, then they shorted the order, claiming that one item was "sold out." Not surprising, as they probably fulfilled other orders that came in after mine with my t-shirt, but they were late responding to my email inquiry and never let me know, so that I might get something else. All in all, I won't be ordering from this company again.”
