Given my experience and the reviews re not receiving orders below should we be worried? I have used Zest for years but there seem to be an alarming number of folks who have paid some time ago and not received their orders. If I don't receive mine in the next 7 days I will be talking to my bank re a chargeback as this company appears to be keeping customers money and not despatching the goods

Still have not received a shipping confirmation 10 days after order. Have contacted to regarding where my order in and still have heard nothing

I placed my order on the 2nd of February and by the 22nd of February i've still not received it. I have now emailed the company twice. It took them 5 days to get back to me the first time informing me that they are having a stock shortage which i should have received an email about, which i didn't. The second email i've not yet had a reply to. I rang once, not getting through to anyone but asked to leave a message on voicemail for someone to get back to me. Still waiting on my order.

I ordered on february first and stil didn’t receive the products. If I call nobody is available. If I try to chat nobody responds. Finanly the day before yesterday I received an answer to a mail that you hope to ship my orde next week. :-(

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago, paid for expedited delivery, and I have not received any notification of shipment to date. I followed up with an email to customer service to no avail. However, the cost was removed from my account IMMEDIATELY after the time of my online purchase. Though, I still have no product.

Ordered £106.88 JANUARY 8th wich has been debited from my account, only received two of cheapest items ....in “drips & drabs” after a long wait! You don’t answer my calls or ring back. Don’t use zest Beauty folks, many more reliable on the WEB!

Ordered an item 10 days ago. You have taken my money but not delivered the item. Even though I have emailed you twice for an update on a delivery date. This is not the first time I have ordered this item but it is the first time you have not delivered or responded to my query. What is going on????

I have not yet received my order. Payment was made 29th January and today is 18th February. I thave emailed and telephone and not had responses.

I placed an order on 1st February and received a confirmation email. Today is 11th February and I haven't received my order, nor any kind of notification that it has been shipped. I have emailed zest customer service twice with no reply.
