“Placed an order and two weeks later still not received it. Telephoned to enquire , difficult to get through to them tried 5 times before my call was answered to be told they do not have product in stock although the money was taken when order was placed,and no indication when order placed that they were waiting for stock to come in.Have been told that I would receive e mail when order is despatched. Not a very good 1st experience.”

“Here's the thing. I placed an order on the 2nd of February and received it on the 23rd of February even though I paid for priority shipping. It turned out their products weren't in stock which they never notified me about. Trying to talk to customer service was a NIGHTMARE! Don't bother calling the number, it always takes you to voicemail. Try and contact them through their online chat and through Facebook, which I did get responses from. I was worried they were scamming me, however I received my orders I'm assuming it was just due to a popular product being out of stock I just wish their customer service was better and that they would tell you if a product was out of stock! To anyone who hasn't received your orders, don't worry they're not scamming you, its just going to get to you very late.”

“Had to chase after about 12 days my 1 product on my first order still hadn't arrived. I emailed my disappointment etc and got no reply later that day I got a screenshot of my order and that was it?! Didn't give me any clues so pretty terrible service there. The next day I received the new dispatched item (with the previous days postage). Very poor. Decent price that's it.”
