“It shows 60% off after subscribing but there is no email about that in my mailbox. Don't know how to claim”

“I am a new customer on the whole OK. I had to chase my order up but the young lady on the phone was very good. She gave me the info on the phone that my item was out of stock but would be with me in a couple of days, sure enough the order did arrive, plus there was a couple of free sachets of different items which I thought was very nice gesture. I would just like to add when I, did phone I was not kept waiting long for them to answer the phone like some company's do. I would use Zest again as prices are very competitive. “My go-to store for Dermalogica products. You can probably find items fractionally cheaper with other companies but Zest Beauty is an authorised stockist so not worth the risk. Added bonus of a loyalty scheme where you can earn points and covert to discount off future purchases. Highly recommend. If I was to suggest one improvement - delivery could be quicker”

“This was my first experience with Zest. My package did take a longer than the expected time to arrive however this was due to a long strike in our National Postal Service. My package did arrive safely and my products were all perfectly wrapped and as ordered and at a much better price than as purchased in the high end stores.”
