“Like other reviewers, I was worried I would never receive my order as I never received emails from Zest apart from asking for a review. However today after almost 3 weeks, I was about to contact my Bank to retrieve my money & the package arrived by Royal Mail 24 hr delivery. Regarding the product ordered, I am happy & Zest included a free sample. Packaging was very good. Zest just need to improve their communications!”

“great website, but poor follow up. I placed an order over a week ago and have since had 3 emailed saying have I forgotten to check out and items are still in my basket. I have an email order confirmation but on chasing I left a voicemail for customer service and then also emailed to which I received a response saying I should have been contacted about problem with suppliers and short delay. Since then I have received another email asking if I want to check out the items in my basket!”

“The price point is fantastic, but I have yet to receive an answer to my shipping concerns. The site says the items will be shipped quickly, but I had to wait over a week and write in my concern in order to receive any confirmation. The confirmation itself is unclear, so I am still not sure if my order was dispatched. I will definitely give the company a second try since mistakes do happen.”

“Great prices but takes a long time to arrive! Also very disappointing that the only samples I received are 3 male shaving samples which are no use for me and went straight in the bin! After spending £160, I would have expected to receive some that are at least suitable for a female!”

“I was excited when I placed the order and looking forward to receiving it. It's been nearly 3 weeks now since I ordered and paid for my order. Only when I have phoned repeatedly and left voicemails did I receive a very standard non personal email back,stating a problem with delayed orders.”
