“I ordered xen tan on the 18th August, despite the money going out of my bank on that date I have still not received the product. I have phoned and e.mailed Zest on numerous occasions but have to date had no reply.”

“Three and a half weeks since I placed an order for a product listed as being 'in stock' and their only guess at a despatch date is "the next 1-2 weeks" - and the only reason I know that is because I got in touch with them, not the other way round. Longer delivery times due to covid is ok and even reassuring, if it means that staff are being looked after. Taking money from customers and then doing and saying nothing for a month or more afterwards isn't ok.”

“10 days since my order and still it has not been dispatched. Customer services apologised when I asked but still cannot give a delivery date. Not really reasonable for a couple of bottles of shampoo I wish I had paid a few £ more and actually got what I ordered. No updates sent by the company unless promoted.”

“Very difficult to make a judgment as not yet received my products. It would be good if you can give an estimated delivery date as other sites do. Over a month now and order status still says processing. Emails come back with general response stating a tracking number will be given once shipped!!!!! Would not use this company again...”

“TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY D O N O T O R D E R F R O M T H I S C O M P A N Y. I ordered some shampoo on 1st Aug 2020 and still haven’t received it, it’s now 26 Oct 😡. I’ve asked for a refund but have yet to see it. Despicable”

“it’s been over 2 weeks and there’s no sign no feedback from them telling me where is my parcel. Called soooo many times but they don’t pick up. I feel like this company is a scam. I spent just under £100. I’m going to make a complain”
