“First time ordering with Zest Beauty and rather disappointed that 1 popular brand face cream took 7 days to be dispatched!? No feedback as to what caused the slow dispatch and only once I enquired did my delayed order get looked into. Pity this was my first experience - not certain I'll be a repeat customer.”

“this is difficult as my 1st order took ages and my 2nd order 4 days (brill), there customer service on my first order is awful waiting over 2 weeks and trying to talk to customer services was impossible as the phone is not answered and end up leaving messages on phone to contact me, this never happened, it actually went through my mind that as this was the first time for me with this company that it was a moody one,!! but my cream arrived eventually , my second order was amazing as took four days , so in all a good price for both and yes I will try again ,”

“I normally order my face wash from Zest Beauty with no issues, however this time I was disappointed with the length of time it took for me to receive it. I chose free delivery as per usual (3-7 working days). On day 8 I had not received my order so I contacted Zest who explained that the order had been dispatched on day 3, so I received my order on day 9. Hopefully, next time delivery will be made within the specified time.”
