“Ordered from zest, they did not return any of my numerous email after they failed to send my items. It’s been 4 months - do NOT order from these people!!”

“к сожалению, вынужден написать отрицательный отзыв о СПА. Терапевт СПА был таким грубым. Мы были записаны на 17:00 и нас приняли в 17:50. при входе нам сказали, что за компенсацию продлят массаж до 60 минут. когда массаж закончился, они ОЧЕНЬ грубо сказали, что это твоя программа, а массаж длится 40 минут, иди прими душ и все. Я не могу поверить в ее поведение и в конфликт, который они создали. Также я не понимаю, почему руководство позволяет таким грубым людям работать, особенно в СПА, куда люди приходят сюда отдохнуть!”

“It's been 11 days and I didnt even receive a delivery message from Zest. I almost forgot that I ordered this product. Now that I wrote to them about this, I get an automated reply saying it may take up to 7 days to answer an email. Seriously???”

“Do not order from this company. I ordered about $100 of merchandise 5 months ago. It was never shipped. Despite emailing many times and offering to take store credit instead of reimbursement, I was never reimbursed. You can see here and in trustpilot.com that many many others were defrauded in the same way.”

“We placed an order on 23/08/2023 for an amount of €135,44 and paid with VISA. We have received the order confirmation by mail but have not received any products yet. We have sent an email to Zest Beauty's customer service, but it appears that this email address is incorrect. This is not okay at all !!!”
