Traded and dropped off collection 9 aug.....16 aug have not even had an acknowledgement, so who knows....sometimes takes a while. I scan everything and some items reject, but as soon as you finalise a trade, if you rescan the rejected items, the first few will be accepted. this is irritating as they can not be added to the first trade and this happens repeatedly. I then need to wait till i get more items accepted to do another trade. There is obviously some kind of algorithm at play. Other than that the service is fine.

Had the email acknowledging receipt of my books and confirming payment had been sent before I had even sent the box. I was still waiting for my box label to arrive in the post..... Doesnt give me much confidence if you dont even know that items have arrived, and checking them for quality??.....mmmm...how if the box isnt even in the building yet???

Great service, great prices & easy collection. Time from the email saying "your payment is on the way" to receiving payment is many days. Weekend or not.

Thanks for your review! The time frames for payments are as follows Payment Method - When should I expect payment? Bank Transfer (BACS) - 5 working days after processing PayPal - 3 working days after processing Cheque - Posted 1 day after processing. The website is easy to use and it is easy to send the books off. Prices are low but not too bad compared to other sites I have used. However, for the second time in three uses of this company, a book has been rejected on grounds that I do not agree with.

In post lockers were the problem. Over the course of 3 days made 5 or 6 journeys to lockers and in each case a suitable size locker was not available.Do not want to use courier service because of having to write off a day waiting for their arrival.Also, the time taken scanning loads of items to be told they were not wanted is very off putting.To get a cheque for £9 after all of the time and effort makes me think that donating to a good , local charity shop is a better strategy for recycling.

Have traded many times,no problem,then latest trade sent,they stated one book (the most valuable) "not received" I know it was sent,so where did it go ?

I have traded with Ziffit and know what they will and will not accept In my recent trade numerous dvds were rejected alleged water damaged or mold this was definitely not the case Standard response from customer service stating items already recycled Seriously considering not trading with Ziffit in the future Also processing taking much longer

I have used Ziffit before and was satisfied that is why I used them again. This time I was not that pleased. I have packed all my items in but Ziffit claimed I have not included one item (DVD). I will not be using this company again as there is no proof how they check items received.

I was prompted to once again sell some items to yourself by an email offering an extra £5 payment if I sold £10 of goods. I collated an order than was exactly £10 but when trying to close the order there was no obvious place to enter the voucher code. Having gone round endlessly trying to find this, I eventually resorted to clicking the 'Complete Trade' button, hoping that there would be a facility to then enter the code but no, the £10 trade was just completed and I lost the chance to claim the £5. I assume there was some way to enter this but this was well hidden with the hope that most sellers would just give up trying to find it. I normally like dealing with Ziffit but this felt like a cheap trick.

Parcel was collected fine. However 7 of my 24 items were rejected. With the rock bottom prices I was offered I didn’t expect this! Expect to have lots rejected unless they are immaculate. I even had a book that I was offered 8p for rejected which I’d never even read! Also issues with batteries. Won’t be using again.

Far too much stuff turned down. If you try to sell say 100 items you will be very lucky if 20 are accepted. It is a good way to get rid of stuff but it's just so limited. I will carry on using Ziffit but most of the stuff I try and sell to them ends up going to the charity shop.

No worse than any other companies tbf, but they pay next to nothing. Almost not worth the hassle boxing and sending. Payment took a few weeks. On plus side there were no rejections after checks and I got the full amount.
