Ok service. My only issue is that you give a price for the items on checkout and then when they’re sorted you sometimes get a different price. There is no explanation what has happened to the other items or why they were refused.

The app is really easy to use! And I love being able to recycle my books so that others can enjoy them.
I had a problem recently when I couldn't complete the trade - the technical support was good (although a tad slow) and the customer service team were great!
I have never had any problems before and will continue to use Ziffit!!

Collection and payment were very well done. Only issue is the removal of items after they were accepted (I.e at ‘checkout’. Still a very useful service.
