"I've used zip for several orders. It was until my shein package was stolen that I had an issue with them. There is a lack of accountability for the companies. Shein refused to refund my package despite me not being home and then leaving my package in front of my door. I came home 2 days after they delivered my package. Package delivered 11\/11 expected delivery 11\/14-11\/18. I arrived home 11\/13 after a vacation to be informed the package was delivered early. I checked with neighbors and then reached out to all parties. They declined and said I'm still responsible for making the installment payments and can't receive any new products or a refund! Spare yourself the headache! I'm disputing all charges with my bank and closing out my account."

"The bank froze my account on black Friday due to multiple purchases, they put a fraud hold on my card. During this time my zip payment came out and was declined. I received a late payment of $7.00. I contacted Zip and explained my situation, told them I just had to call the bank Monday and it would be fine. They refused to take the late payment off. I've never been late with a payment before. After I pay this off I will delete this App!"
