“This was my 1st time using Zippity and I was very pleased. It's so convenient that I can have the car serviced on site while I'm at work. The tech was in constant contact with me, letting me know exactly what was going on with the vehicle. I will definitely use them to service my vehicle in the future.”

“Good! I really enjoyed having the convenience of you coming to my work. I will say that I went to lunch so I did not see the messages about some other things my car needed until I got back. I could see me being in meetings, too, and that slowing down my communication back about anything additional. I'm not sure of a solution, but you may just want to be aware of that.”
