“The service was excellent. They came on time and completed the service efficiently and professionally. My car was put back precisely where it was left and the status of the service through the e-mail is the most organized I have seen among auto service companies. I would definitely use Zippity again.”

“The service was above and beyond. The individual who serviced our car was very good about keeping us informed about our options and was very responsive when we had questions. Most notable is that, despite needing service during the quarantine, Zippity offered to come to us and service our car in our driveway. This was so appreciated during these tough times. Thank you!”

“It was so convenient that you folks came to change my oil right to my door. Also was wonderful that you replaced my really dirty engine filter, went out of your way to come back after servicing my car to change it (because you didn't have it in stock during the oil change). More companies need to be like you folks in terms of the customer service and the level of excellency of the job.”

“Oil change and tire rotation done right in my driveway! Received report on condition of wear items (brakes and rotors, air filter, wipers etc.) complete with photo evidence. Am on the waitlist for Zippity Plus which is a great value. Website could use some work on transparency and flexibility to add/change service scheduled and see cost before commitment but the live chat helped to answer questions and verify the service. Will definitely use Zippity again.”

“This was my first time using Zippity and it was amazing! Having the opportunity to not take time off of work, but still have the service I need done is such a fantastic idea! Nico from support was incredibly pleasant with his communication as well as efficient. I didn't have to await a response long. Dan and Kevin were the technicians who worked on my vehicle. I greatly appreciated the updates at intervals of completion via email. And while I didn't have much interaction with them, I couldn't appreciate their work more. And it was nice to see the thank you card on my dash after a long day at work. My only regret with this experience was that I did not leave a tip! I was unsure if that was allowed and by the time I got to ask, I couldn't get back to the kiosk in time to leave it. A big thank you to the entire team, especially during this incredibly uncertain time!”
