Didn't get to see the team, but a great service having your car done while you're at your desk working!!!! Love the real-time updates, and appreciate the feedback from the Safety checks. They found a cabin filter that was installed incorrectly and not providing much air filtering. Had that replaced with a point and a click! Please Thank the Team. Card's in the car, but it might have been Alex and Sasha! Thanks for coming to Staples!

I made a special request to be taken early because I fell ill. You were able to accommodate me! This was great so that I could get myself looked at but also not have to reschedule my service. I appreciated the quick response to my request as well as the regular communication on service updates, including the pic of my car in service! I also like the web experience you provide when scheduling service and the report on the status of my car inspection. Thank you!

As always Zippity went above and beyond! They fixed the issue with my car and educated me on what was wrong. As a female I don't always feel comfortable that I am getting the true story from mechanics, but I trust Zippity 100%! Keep up the good work.

The Zippity team was very responsive and communicated everything they were doing throughout the day. I really enjoyed that I got the report of exactly what they checked/serviced, along with the image of my car, so I really appreciate the good work they did and highly recommend their services!

This was an amazing experience and exceeded my expectations. I just had my front and rear brakes changed on my car, at a fair price, without missing any time at work, and all without actually talking in person face to face with a Zippity representative. Easy scheduling on the web. I had a question answered live while scheduling. Process was explained in detail on where to drop car off and how to leave car keys in lockbox. Very detailed. Received an email and text after my car was inspected to review work that was needed. I like that they sent pictures of the necessary repairs. Again, more detailed information was provided to lay out all the costs and why the work was needed to be done for my approval. Approved all suggested and needed work and had my car ready for pickup around 3PM. Cant stress enough how easy this transaction was. I have only been driving the car for 2 days now but have the upmost faith that the brakes were done correctly. Everything was perfect. Customer service was great with the emails and texts. Would absolutely use Zippity again.

There was a scheduling issue which was 100% my fault. Despite that the technicians made a huge effort to get my car done earlier than they'd planned and I appreciated that very much. Very impressed and the cleaning they did looks great :)
