“I received an email asking how you did…well let me state that I will NEVER use these services again. A $96 oil change is outrageous!!! I wasn’t provided a first time discount that I was told would be provided either. Also, I didn’t see this last night when I went to my car because it was late, but this morning I saw a hole the size of a qtr in the front end of my car. This was not there when I dropped my car off, as I had just put windshield washer fluid into my car and would have seen it. See attached photo for damage. The only positive part of the experience was the service technician, he was very pleasant when I spoke to him. Other than that, I will NEVER use this company or service again and will make sure my co-workers who ask me about my experience are aware of this type of service.”
