I had the opportunity to speak with both James, the mechanic and Nico in the office. The level of customer service I received was light years beyond the best customer service I've ever had. They were was a small issue where I was going to have to postpone my service. I expressed some concern about driving on a road trip this weekend and they provided a solution that gave me the peace of mind I needed. Both James and Nico were very professional, courteous, understanding and excellent problem solvers. I will continue to use Zippity regularly. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Well done, Zippity! You're doing it right!

First time it was absolutely stress- free to give car for servicing. Quick efficient key drop at work, very clear service/charges menu, friendly technician and efficint on-time return keys...Lokking forward to use Zippity again

Not in your control -- but it would be nice if the service were a little closer to my building (900 Salem St.) in Smithfield.

Extremely convenient! I couldn't believe how easy the whole process was. I appreciated the am reminder text with the checkin link and then loved the updates throughout the day. Pictures via email were great too so I could see the problem areas clearly. I was very impressed with their services, and I will be using them again!

Woulda been great if you could diagnose my warning lights with the same tool as the Ford technician, but by your own admission you can't. Not blaming you guys; I've had other trusted mechanics tell me the same. Still: That'd be great.

For the most part very impressed with the service. Communication was top notch in letting me know the status of my car and recommendations for additional service. The only thing i would have liked was to have the front inside windshield cleaned. I paid for the extra service to do the front interior. The windshield had some residual cleaner sprayed on it from cleaning the dash and I thought the windshield cleaning would have been part of this service. Otherwise very impressed and I will use this service again.

Great Customer Service. Prompt Emails highlighting what needed to be worked on. Also noted of work that did not need to be done immediately saving me some money since i scheduled the work.

A little overpriced. 39.99 for a an air filter change! Moreover, I feel a little bit of wobbling of tires after the rotation. Otherwise , all good and very convenient in terms of the logistics. Thank you.

I really liked your responsiveness and skillful and appropriate use of technology. I particularly liked the text saying you were on schedule to get my car done, the picture of my car when you started working on it (so I knew you had found my vehicle), and the picture of my air filter when you suggested replacing it. The only improvements I can suggest is better signage marking the lockbox location and a more sturdy feeling lockbox. Somebody could dislodge that lockbox with a single kick and break it open with a standard hammer, stealing all the cars.

Very convenient to have this done right at work. I thought there might be a engine skipping issue but your diagnostic service did not find anything, and did not charge me for the diagnosis.

The good thing was I did not have to go to a dealership or a mechanic. Everything was stated upfront. This was my first visit and I hope my subsequent visits are also good and I don't get the feeling that they are trying to rip me off by just making up problems.
