“Both the service and convenience was second to none. (below, there's a 5 star rating for customer service. I attempted to provide the best option, but there's nothing indicating which star is good and which isn't good so I just selected the right most start which the overall rate (a different section) has identified as "very good")”

“It was just a seamless transaction. I dropped my car off where I was supposed to and my keys in the lockbox and asked for a few things to be done that weren't included with my oil change, such as replacing my wipers that I had recently purchased and there was no added cost or labor fees. It was definitely a great experience, one where I will definitely be coming back to Zippity for car service in the future.”
