I thought it was great. My only suggestion is to state it clearly that when people drop off their keys in the dropbox, they are supposed to lock the box and take the key for the day. I might have missed it, but I don't think I saw that direction anywhere. I wasn't sure if that lockbox key was for me to take or for the Zippity people. Overall, great job. Thank you.

I love that Zippity always keeps me in the loop about what is going on with my vehicle. They provide pictures and clearly explain what's going on and offer fair pricing. They always get back to me very quickly when I contact them with questions or requests, usually within minutes! And of course the thing I like most is the convenience, but without offering a great service, the convenience would be wasted.

great service, excellent communication. Loved the summary of everything they checked and things I need to be aware of. So much easier than bringing it to my mechanic. It's a little more expensive but definitely worth it!

I had a great experience with Zippity. The reminders prior to and on the day of my appointment were great. The team was very responsive to my questions and the services performed were excellent. The recommendations were feasible and the team did not try to upsell me on additional services I did not need (which happens every time I would bring my car for an oil change at my dealership). The process was very easy and convenient - I would definitely use Zippity again!

The service I received for the work on my car yesterday, January 2, seems good. It was definitely convenient. It was more expensive than my usual place so I am not sure if I can use it all the time. And a very small thing, but I rely on the windshield sticker to remind me when my next service is due. Your stickers don't adhere to the windshield. Mine fell off last night, less than 12 hours after the service was completed. A silly thing, but my life is so busy that I need that sticker and to not have it is disappointing.

The service was excellent, the technician did a great job, and the location was convenient. The only suggestion I would make, is to offer more options to get the service done. I had booked 3 weeks in advance, and only had one day to choose from. Otherwise, it was great, and I plan to use it again.

Good morning and Merry Christmas. Nothing but good things to say regarding your service. From the appointment to pickup is a seamless process. I deal primarily w/ Nico and he is the best. Polite knowledgeable and responsive. He is the right guy to have at the front of the house. I have referred and will continue to refer any/all people I know from the company in need of service. I am also going to bring in my girlfriends truck for routine maintenance at some point. Thanks again. Frank
