“I loved the fact that I simply came to work and by the time I left the job was done without any waiting. Wipe down the steering wheel after my car returned to parking space....I ended up with black hands after I drove it home.”

“The repairs were great, but the key exchange was not. I went to retrieve my keys at the time they should've been in the lock box and they were not, which delayed me in contacting the repair staff and caused a delay and confusion in my daycare deadlines in picking up my daughter. If my keys were there at 4p I would have given 5 stars!”

“I had some additional recommended service and I would have liked to see the list of recommendations include the cost to perform them. Otherwise, great service as always! I love that I'm always kept informed on the status of my vehicle.”
