“I really liked the details on the inspection report that was done and sent to me over email. Good to have that info and good to know all that stuff was checked. The free mints (surprise!) when I got my car back was a nice touch too.”

“I like the digital communications with pictures / screenshots. The tech provided pad sizes for each brake which I provided to my dealership (I purchased a lifetime brake replacement warrantee). I could leave work whenever I wanted, didn't need to meet a tech to get a pushy sales pitch for more services. Tech recommendations were clearly articulated in email.”

“Love that I can just drive to work and have things like my tire pressure, fluids, and wiper blades fixed up for me while I work. SO convenient. Not to mention I get frequent updates and choices on what is done to my car throughout the day. I love Zippity!”
