The roof and visors were not touched. Shift knob was not touched. I have pictures . I expected a bit more for my money.

Hello - for the most part it was a decent job - however there were several places in the vehicle where (I'm assuming Armor All) was used and not wiped off. I could touch it with my fingers and/or hand and my hand be covered in the product. Additionally, the black covers that sit in each door of my SUV - where your hand goes to close the door are missing.

When I initially booked I was a bit apprehensive with some of the wording as it seemed to imply that I would be charged for more if something was found. Thankfully that wasn't the case. Additionally when I received notification that there was recommended suggestions and I said I was not interested at the time the website would not accept my information. Had to respond to text. I LOVED the constant communication!

I'm very impressed with your chat bot, reminders, text message update, and overall quality of service. My car was in great shape and looked fantastic with the light detail and the car freshener and mints were a nice touch!

Very convenient and brilliant idea. I got my oil changed today and the Machanics were very friendly and accommodating. I loved how I was sent emails with updates. I was also able to speak to a customer service rep as my car was being worked on about a quote for another repair. This business should blow up as long as the mechanics are good. I have already been spreading the word and hope this works out for more complicated repairs. So far A+

It was a wonderful experience. I clocked into work, few hours later I went on break and had an email saying my car was done. Great for people who dont have a lot of time to get their cars maintained during the week, and you guys do extra health check of the car, tire tread and pressure. Was a great experience thank you.

I am torn about how to rate this. On one hand, the service itself went fine. However, the lockbox of keys is in the cafeteria and the cafeteria is apparently locked starting in the afternoon, so when I went to get my keys at 5:00p, I couldn't. I had to go to my HR, who had to call the building manager, who had to send someone over so that I could actually leave work. I guess I should have picked up my keys when the email went out, but I didn't. You guys are definitely going to need to move your kiosk somewhere else.
