The process went very smoothly. The only thing that could have been better, is the text that I received on the morning of my appointment didn't include the box number that I was supposed to put my key in (an earlier email when I made the appointment did, but I didn't have convenient access to that via my phone) and also made reference to a link that would show where to park my car, but the link was missing (again, the earlier email did have the link, but I couldn't access it from my phone).

The oil change was great. What made the experience convenient was especially having it on-site at work, and also having text/chat ability with your team to prepare. The only piece that could have improved was that I was told my car was ready about 2 hours before I picked it up, but it wasn't yet. The computer in the car had to be reset to note the oil change, and it wasn't until when I was picking up the car that someone was trying to do that. They had some trouble so I ended up waiting another 15 mins or so until they were done.

The service was excellent, they kept me updated at all time what was happening with my car and what need to need fixed. The Thank you Note from the team that took care of my car was the best part.
