“This was my first time using Zippity. It was great! I just dropped my car off before work and they texted me when it was done. Through out the day they kept me updated on things that needed attention or what could wait until next time. I will definitely be doing this again.”

“Car service was simple - just drop off and pick up with emails and texts letting you know when the car was being worked on, who was working on it, what their inspection revealed (with pictures), was I OK with what was recommended, and how much it was going to cost. At 5:00 PM I picked up the car. And best of all, piece of mind that I was treated fairly and my car was serviced properly.”

“My only request is that it becomes an option to book tires and other services at the same time instead having to put in a separate request for each. I received two different sets of instructions on how/where to drop off my car for service, as well as two emails for every update.”
