“Very easy to do. Clear instructions. Small snafu on the coupon but I updated the payment method at the last minute and I have been told my refund will be processed today. I will definitely use this service in the future and tell my co-workers to take advantage of it as well.”

“I know for a fact my wind shield wipers are garbage but the health check said nothing about it. Instead it mentioned more pricey things that needed maintenance. The brakes are probably due for a change but not seeing the wipers needed repair upset me.”

“Excellent service, and an excellent concept. I love that I don't have to spend time going to a garage and wait there. I got good feedback on the condition of the car. I appreciated the complementary topping of of windshield wiper fluid. Very minor stuff where you could improve: there was a bit of dirt on the driver's seat after the service (very minor, I could easily brush it off). Also the bags in which the tires were wrapped were a bit dirty. Again, not a big deal for me, but something you could improve upon.”

“The day before, it was a little unclear whether we still had an appointment. We received a text saying we needed to reschedule due to overbooking, followed by another text saying we were confirmed for our original time slot. Nico did a great job explaining the proper oil service we needed and was quick about getting my approval for additional brake work on the day of the service. The mechanics left the car a mess. The steering wheel was loaded with black grime. This isn't the first time the mechanics trashed our car: last time they left food wrappers and a half-full Dunkin Donuts cup in the front cabin. Overall, Zippity provides a convenient and unique solution to my regular car maintenance needs, but they REALLY need to improve their cleanliness. It won't take much work, but it will mean a world of difference on our perceived level of quality.”
