“rates are higher than other places in the area, even if you include the convenience factor, the rates were high. I chose to go elsewhere for some of the services Zippity recommended because other places in town were much cheaper and could shuttled me to work so it was still pretty convenient. The customer service was great.”

“You can't beat the convenience. Good communication throughout the process. When I tried to make the appt online the date I wanted showed "full" but I put in a note saying I really wanted an earlier date than what I was able to schedule and I got an email the next day saying they could make it work. Seems a LITTLE more expensive than what I usually pay, but given I can access services without having to wait around at a garage or dealership it's worth it.”

“loved it. painless in every sense of the word. walk into my office from a dirty car with summer tires on it. leave my office and jump in a car with the snows on the wheels and looking like it did when it came off the dealer lot 2 years ago. updated on progress all day.”

“This is the 2nd time I've used the Zippity service. It is so convienent to just drive to work as normal and have my routine maintenence completed on site. I'm kept informed of every step in the process and immediately alerted if there's an issue. In addition, if a service is not needed, they don't perform it and remove it from my total bill.”
