“I would have given you a 5 star rating, but when my vehicle was returned, my passenger seat was leaned considerably back, as if someone additional had been riding in it. This was not how my vehicle left me this morning. My keys were handed off to one individual, yet it appears as if two people may have been riding in it. This is unacceptable, especially since the service performed was good.”

“I guess I really have no idea if they did a good job or not - its an oil change and I wouldn't know the difference. I just have to trust you. But the service was excellent. Also, they said I needed new wiper blades - my blades are 1 month old. So makes me suspicious about "add ons" ? I mentioned it to somebody else here and they thought that maybe the same thing had happened to them. I guess, once again, I'm just going to trust you and take your word on it. Just thought you should know .... But I'll definitely get my oil changed again as long as things seem ok I'll have to keep asking around about other people's experiences. But like I said, the service was great and the convenience was unbeatable.”
