“Another customer used my assigned lockbox number. The parking spots were not labeled with a sign just an orange code. This was confusing as there were also some utility service techs parked in the lot, so it was not clear who the coned-off spots were for. Luckily, the Zippity techs were there to help me. Over all, I liked the service, but some clarity could be added to the lot/keybox system. Thanks!”

“There was some confusion as to where I had left my key in the morning and my car wasn't quite ready by 5:00. I received notification at 5:01 that my key was returned to the kiosk but it wasn't there. I'm surprised there was no code for the diagnostic check. I'll have another mechanic check it out and provide additional feedback if warranted.”

“Easiet car drop for service ever! Set up right there in my Company parking lot, a Managers dream! Greeted with a smile and when complete, I found mints and a thank you card signed by the Zippity service experts, in my front seat. Small details with these folks made a massive difference!”
