“I usually do not write reviews unless I am very impressed by a service and my experience with Zippity definitely warrants a review! This was such a neat experience and so unbelievably convenient. Before I had scheduled this service, I had been in touch with Nico with some questions and he was extremely responsive. Once I scheduled the appointment I appreciated the reminders throughout the process and the guided assistance so I knew what to do. I also loved getting the updates on the health check and when my car was finished. Finally, I was able to catch up with Dan, the guy who serviced my car, and had a great conversation with someone who cares about his job and enjoys talking to people about it. I was definitely spreading the word in the office yesterday and will continue to do so.”

“I like the detailed health inspection report. It's honest and includes information in a format that is easy to understand even if you're car knowledge is limited. There isn't any pressure to complete work that you weren't planning to do.”

“A great concept that is well executed. Getting my car serviced at work is great. Team is friendly and efficient, and the pickup/drop-off is easy and convenient. For me the differentiator between probably recommend to absolutely recommend is just the ability to do deeper diagnostics or deeper level work. Limiting the scope of available work makes sense - I just would not recommend this service for someone who needs deeper level diagnostics or work.”
