It was advertised to us that the service was going to be performed in the parking lot, not 1 mile away. You took my car across a freeway without my consent. That is not cool!

Vehicle seems to work fine so have to assume the job was done correctly. Concerns was I expected the job to be completed where I work. I went out to check and they took my vehicle somewhere else and fixed it. I was not aware that was the intention. Your key box is not secure. Very concerned someone can just take the box and run. Break it open and get the keys out. Easy to see what cars are available. Finally, I know communication is essential, but when I tell you I want my back breaks fixed you they call to tell me my back breaks are bad; response is no kidding. Look at the ticket I submitted prior to recommending fixing the vehicle. Thank Your Robert Michel

Service was great and convenient. I was updated about an issue I was already aware of but happy to know they were looking out for my safety. On a side note - the below question "How would you rate the customer service you received?" has a series of boxes where are unmarked, so I cannot answer. I would give a good rating for the customer service.

Will always use Zippity. I have never gotten such a detailed report on my car from previous oil changes. I never even knew what a cabin air filter was until Zippity brought it up to me! Worth the expertise and love having them come to my work for the convenience as it is one less thing off of my mind.
