“Following were the issues after service - 1. Yellow light stopped working where headlight left bulb was replaced - Fixed by reconnecting the wire when visited again. 2. Couldn't clean windshield on highway in snow due to empty coolant- Was not filled on service/not told. Minor but caused issue to me due to snow time. 3. After Tire rotation getting an wheel alignment issue now - Understand that there is no equipment to fix this onsite. I can ignore this. 4. Glove compartment left hinge responsible for slowly opening it was not connected back. - I can ignore this too. Overall its a good service except few minor things.”

“This was such a great experience, I will absolutely use zippity again. Great communication and I appreciated getting a message about adding on an oil change that I needed to do. All while I was working! Couldn’t be better.”

“I kept waiting to take my car in for an oil change until I had time which of course never came around. It was so convenient being able to drop my keys off and let someone take care of what needed to be done while I continued my day at work instead of trying to make time.”

“Nico was amazing in communicating with me and rescheduling my appointment after the team found that two of my tires were damaged. And they even labeled each tire that were taken off where they came from on the tires and on the bags! I have nothing but good things to say and this was undoubtedly the easiest car service appointment I have ever gotten, including my visits to BMW dealerships.”
