“Zippity was clear in instructing me on how the service worked. At the end of the day, I went back to my Key-osk and there was my key! As a DIY mechanic for some things myself, I did the extra care to check my car using the same 12-point inspection that Zippity uses and saw that they were honest in their evaluation - no unfair upselling here! In comparison, another large dealership mechanic told me I had nearly 4-6 things to change when there was no need to. Thanks for staying honest Zippity! Did I mention my day wasn't interrupted at work? That is literally worth hundreds per hour.”

“Customer Service was great. I was notified at each step of the way and received quick responses to my emails. The mints and thank you note in my car were a nice touch too. :-) I would highly recommend Zippity.”
