“The process went very smoothly. The only thing that could have been better, is the text that I received on the morning of my appointment didn't include the box number that I was supposed to put my key in (an earlier email when I made the appointment did, but I didn't have convenient access to that via my phone) and also made reference to a link that would show where to park my car, but the link was missing (again, the earlier email did have the link, but I couldn't access it from my phone).”

“The oil change was great. What made the experience convenient was especially having it on-site at work, and also having text/chat ability with your team to prepare. The only piece that could have improved was that I was told my car was ready about 2 hours before I picked it up, but it wasn't yet. The computer in the car had to be reset to note the oil change, and it wasn't until when I was picking up the car that someone was trying to do that. They had some trouble so I ended up waiting another 15 mins or so until they were done.”

“The Zippity service was so easy and convienent! I loved that I was updated along the way and they went above and beyone to check everything and reset my tire pressure light which I was so excited about! At the end of the day I retutned to my car and was surprised to find a courteous note and mints! I loved this service and have been reccomending to my coworkers.”
