My wipers broke on the way to work Monday morning, my first thought was to find out what day Zippity was going to be @ Hypertherm, you can imagine how happy I was when the reply was Monday, I scheduled my service right away. The Zippity team did a wonderful job, my truck was ready when I got out of work, thank you.

Great experience as always. Only negative comment is when they cleaned my rear floor mats (thank you because that was extra!), the yucky stuff that was on the floor was put on my back seat, so my backseat got all dirty. Otherwise everything was great as usual! They’re always so kind and easy to work with. Thanks!

There was the problem with the Technician not being able to get into box 1 but that stuff happens. My car wasn't in the same location that I had parked it so I had to search for it. Other then that I find your service very convenient and professional.

The service I received was excellent. Your team respected my slightly altered timeline, was thorough, quick and communicated every step of the way. The list of inspection results was also extremely helpful, not to mention the pricing is extremely competitive with local quick services.

Nearly a 5 star, but did have a small issue where tech did not fully seat oil stick which caused oil on the engine and heavy smoke at stops, but Zippity sent a tech to my home to check my car out and clean up access oil. Excellent service that you would not get at a normal shop.

The whole experience was great! I loved that I could respond by text right to their automated message. That made it super easy to give additional info and respond on the fly. Nico was also super helpful and sent pictures of what he was talking about so I could understand easily.

technician when suggesting additional service wrote the front brakes vs rear brakes that the health report indicated. this made it a little confusing as to what needed to be done. But Nico was able to straighten it out.

My only negative was that I was hoping to leave a bit closer to 4 yesterday and it was not done until 4:30. The promise was by 5 so in that regard you met my expectation. If there was some way to communicate such a schedule preference it would be great.

My only feedback is I did not see the cones placed when I arrived around 8am, but I just left my car in lot 11 and all was taken care of. Am pleased with the communication and the ease of service. Thank you.

My experience was fantastic... you even replaced my broken windshield washer nozel. The service was fantastic, easy to use and kept me from having to drive a mechanic or dealership to have my car serviced. I will definitely be using this service again.
