“Nobody waiting in arrivals hall. Had to find desk where lots of other customers were waiting. Waited for around 20 mins and then was asked to share transport with another family going to same resort. Not the private transfer we booked.”

“I used ziptransfers as it came up the cheapest, very easy to book, I also had a flight change so contacted them to change the transfer times and they were so helpful and quick! I booked a private taxi for the two of us and when we arrived we were greeted with a big luxury mini bus, very spacious! Staff were very friendly and helpful too, would definitely recommend :)”
