“Mala experiencia. Me recogieron más de 30 minutos tarde tras contactarles reiteradamente sin que me atendieran el teléfono . Además me hicieron dirigirme a otro lugar que no era el concertado. Además presenté reclamación por escrito en dos ocasiones y tan siquiera me respondieron.”

“Aunque tuvieron un problema para llegar a tiempo. En la operadora (en castellano, todo perfecto) se volcaron para que el transfer llegase lo antes posible.”

“Very easy to make the booking. The driver was there waiting for us and was very polite and he helped us with pur bags. We were given a comfortable and safe drive to our hotel. I always use use zip transfers when on holidays (in different countries) and I always highly recommend them.”
